About the Role
Client is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the Acquirer OpCerts Enhancement initiative, a strategic program designed to provide improved visibility into non-VisaNet processed SMB and Large Market Merchant (LMM) volumes and enabling differential pricing capabilities.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical integration, and external partner engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial services expertise, a strong command of commercial acquiring, and the ability to drive complex programs across internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in financial services, with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in commercial acquiring, including acquirer operations, processing ecosystems, and merchant volume management
Demonstrated experience leading externally facing integration projects, including partner onboarding, technical specification development, and pilot execution
Proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations and influence without direct authority


Skills
Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and executive presence ability to present confidently to C-suite and external partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational details to strategic revenue outcomes
Familiarity with payment network platforms, VBN/VisaNet infrastructure, or equivalent payment rails is a strong plus
