    Position Title: Senior Acquisition Analyst
    Position Type: Full-time, Fully On-Site
    Location: MacDill, AFB, FL
    Clearance: Active TS w/ SCI or SCI eligibility
    Travel: 25%

    Description:
    Waypoint’s client is seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support the U.S. Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for SOF Warrior (PEO-SW). PEO-SW is driven by urgency, mission focus, and a relentless commitment to equipping the Nation’s most elite warfighters. This role directly supports programs that deliver critical capabilities, ensuring success in every mission, every strike, and every operation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of Program Support, Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations.
    • Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production.
    • Support government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issues.
    • Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements.
    • Staff SAMP, APB, 70-1 documents for projects, combat evaluation, and studies, staffs FM worksheets for AF9 and DD448 funding, spend plan build development, market surveys, writes technical evaluations

    Required:
    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
    • DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency (DAWIA Level II equivalent) in Program Management
    • Bachelor’s degree in acquisition, business, or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience supporting Federal Government acquisition programs or equivalent DoD/defense industry experience
    • Experience preparing technical evaluations, Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADMs), System Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Program Baselines (PBs), FM worksheets, Program Protection Plans, annual spend plans, PowerPoint briefings, and supporting government contracting processes
