    Description

    SENIOR ACQUISITION SOLUTIONS LEAD
     
    Work Location: Remote but MUST be located in the Washington D.C. metro area to be able to occasionally work onsite in Wahington, D.C.
     
    INCATech is seeking a Senior Acquisition Solutions Lead to support a strategic modernization initiative focused on enhancing acquisition planning, market research, and solicitation development through innovative tools, disciplined processes, and streamlined workflows.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • facilitate discovery sessions and document FAA workflow requirements;
    • translate acquisition processes and user needs into configuration requirements;
    • coordinate workflow, role, permission, template, and notification decisions;
    • identify and organize approved templates and pilot materials;
    • coordinate user identification, onboarding, and access requests;
    • support user-acceptance activities and operational-readiness reviews;
    • coordinate demonstrations, training sessions, and user guidance;
    • maintain and prioritize the functional issue and enhancement backlog;
    • triage user questions and coordinate technical issues with the technology partner;
    • monitor implementation risks, dependencies, and decisions;
    • support adoption of the configured workflows;
    • collect performance information and user feedback; and
    • provide implementation and status reporting to FAA leadership.
    REQUIREMENTS
    Qualifications
    Related Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 10+ years of federal acquisition experience supporting cradle-to-grave procurements.
    • Demonstrated experience in acquisition planning, market research, and solicitation drafting.
    • Strong knowledge of federal procurement frameworks such as AMS and FAR.
    • Experience supporting Contracting Officers, Program Managers, legal counsel, and technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and document integration skills.
    • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, compliant procurement artifacts.
    • Strong judgment, professionalism, and stakeholder communication skills.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    Preferred:
    • Experience supporting aviation, transportation, or major systems programs.
    • Familiarity with advanced drafting tools, workflow automation, or document review tools.
    • FAC-C, DAWIA, NCMA CPCM/CFCM, or similar certification.
    • Experience with PRISM or comparable contract writing systems
