Description

SENIOR ACQUISITION SOLUTIONS LEAD

Work Location: Remote but MUST be located in the Washington D.C. metro area to be able to occasionally work onsite in Wahington, D.C.

INCATech is seeking a Senior Acquisition Solutions Lead to support a strategic modernization initiative focused on enhancing acquisition planning, market research, and solicitation development through innovative tools, disciplined processes, and streamlined workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

facilitate discovery sessions and document FAA workflow requirements;
translate acquisition processes and user needs into configuration requirements;
coordinate workflow, role, permission, template, and notification decisions;
identify and organize approved templates and pilot materials;
coordinate user identification, onboarding, and access requests;
support user-acceptance activities and operational-readiness reviews;
coordinate demonstrations, training sessions, and user guidance;
maintain and prioritize the functional issue and enhancement backlog;
triage user questions and coordinate technical issues with the technology partner;
monitor implementation risks, dependencies, and decisions;
support adoption of the configured workflows;
collect performance information and user feedback; and
provide implementation and status reporting to FAA leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Related Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of federal acquisition experience supporting cradle-to-grave procurements.
Demonstrated experience in acquisition planning, market research, and solicitation drafting.
Strong knowledge of federal procurement frameworks such as AMS and FAR.
Experience supporting Contracting Officers, Program Managers, legal counsel, and technical stakeholders.
Excellent writing, editing, and document integration skills.
Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, compliant procurement artifacts.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred:

Experience supporting aviation, transportation, or major systems programs.
Familiarity with advanced drafting tools, workflow automation, or document review tools.
FAC-C, DAWIA, NCMA CPCM/CFCM, or similar certification.
Experience with PRISM or comparable contract writing systems
