What your future day will look like:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence to support leadership and department initiatives.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, contract coordination, and administrative financial processes.
  • Coordinate and execute events, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements with strong attention to detail.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, community partners, and the public while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 4+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field
