Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide highly skilled administrative support to the IT Department by performing a variety of complex administrative and general office management duties. This is accomplished by assisting the IT Department with overseeing and administering fiscal control policies and processes within the department and performing related work as required.

provide varied, responsible, and often confidential secretarial and office administrative assistance to department.
operate assigned equipment, including computer equipment and various software packages including:
Outlook: Manage complex calendars, shared mailboxes, scheduling, and email organization.
Word: Create and format professional documents, use track changes, templates, and styles.
Excel: Build and maintain spreadsheets using formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
PowerPoint: Develop clear, visually organized presentations for technical and leadership audiences.
Teams: Coordinate virtual meetings, manage channels, share files, and support collaboration.
SharePoint/OneDrive: Organize departmental files, manage permissions, and maintain document libraries.
Power BI: Create and maintain dashboards and reports, connect to data sources, perform basic data modeling, and present insights clearly for IT and departmental decision-making.
