Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Summary: Works as a team with other administrative staff to support activities for the Senior Management and Relationship Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank. • Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for all members of the region. • Performs duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects. • Acts as project manager for special projects, which may include: organizing client events, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and coordinating direct mailings. • Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommend change in office practices or procedures. • Creates and develops agendas and visual presentations for the team. • Sorts and distributes mail, drafts written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary. • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities, and HR. • Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary. • Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications: • Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently. • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Strong math and problem-solving skills. • Must maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records. • Good phone voice with professional and well-groomed appearance. • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as computer workstations, typewriters, calculators, and copiers. • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services offered at the bank.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree a plus. 5+ years of related experience.
Computer and Software Skills: Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office, Bankway, Salesforce, and Google Mail.
