We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $25 – 38.13/hr (W2)
Hybrid role, minimum 3 days onsite per week in South San Francisco
2-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need
You will provide high-level executive and operational support to two senior leaders, managing complex calendars, scheduling, competing priorities, meetings, and communications across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and real-time travel support
Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
Support expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, contracts, SOWs, and other administrative transactions
Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, team events, and cross-functional meetings
Support operational logistics, including space planning, equipment moves, and site services
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience
Significant experience providing executive administrative support to senior leaders
Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and events
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or a global/matrixed organization preferred
Familiarity with procurement, contracts, financial administration, SOWs, and vendor management preferred
Experience using digital productivity or AI-enabled tools to improve administrative workflows preferred
