Senior Admissions Operations Specialist

Lyon College seeks a Senior Admissions Operations Specialist to keep admissions processes accurate, timely, and consistent. This role supports operational execution across the admissions cycle through data stewardship, document control, and coordination of key workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Application management
• Maintain student records
• Navigate Admission software and applicant accounts
• Navigate and Maintain Jenzabar 1
• Proficient in Google Suite (google docs, google sheets, google calendar, etc.
• Office duties include data entry, answering phones, filing, scanning & photocopying
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including mail merge)
• Crosstrain externally facing duties

Qualifications:

Associate''s degree required - Bachelor''s Degree preferred

Detail oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel Spreadsheets), Google Suite (Google Sheets),

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively

Ability to think and work independently
