Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Adobe Target Developer in Miami, FL (Florida).
Summary:
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Target solutions that enhance customer experiences through A/B testing, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and personalized content delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of frontend development, analytics, and Adobe Experience Cloud expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy A/B tests, multivariate tests (MVT), and automated personalization campaigns across web, mobile, and server-side environments
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Audience Manager to enable audience targeting and performance measurement
- Develop and maintain custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for personalized experiences, dynamic content updates, and optimization initiatives
- Utilize Adobe Target APIs, including Delivery, Profile, Admin, and Recommendations APIs, to support advanced personalization and server-side implementations
- Configure and manage Adobe Launch, Data Collection, and related tagging solutions to ensure accurate data capture and activation
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to implement testing and personalization strategies
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Adobe Target activities while ensuring performance and scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
- Strong expertise in Adobe Target, personalization, experimentation, and optimization best practices
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPA) using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, RTCDP, Audience Manager, and other Adobe solutions
- Strong understanding of Adobe Web SDK, at.js, Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs, and server-side implementations
- Experience with API integrations and custom data layer development
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Target Developer certification
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale recommendation and personalization solutions
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
