Boeing's advertising team is currently seeking a Senior Advertising Specialist to join our team within Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) in Berkeley, MO, Arlington, VA, Tukwila, WA, Renton, WA, Everett, WA or Auburn, WA.

This position will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing domestic and international creative and media strategies and campaigns for Boeing Defense and Space advertising initiatives, as well as managing relationships with internal and external agencies and strategic partners.

The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of:

  • Advertising strategy and account management
  • Evaluating creative development and overseeing production
  • Directing media planning, buying, and optimization
  • Omni-channel experience (social, digital, broadcast, print, sponsorships, events, creators etc.)
  • Agency relationship management including contract structures
  • Brand strategy, positioning development, and architecture management
  • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international paid advertising campaigns, including agency oversight, creative development, media buying, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., sponsorships, recruitment, media relations, employee communications, sales & marketing) to drive integrated communications and share best practices
  • Support annual business planning and investment recommendations to align advertising efforts with company goals, including day-to-day budget management
  • Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency and incorporate industry best practices
  • Partner with agencies and research specialists to measure campaign effectiveness, recommend data-driven optimizations and stay abreast of competitive activity
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and alignment across teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience overseeing the development and production of advertising creative assets (including overseeing photo/video shoots, digital, social, video, and print)
  • Experience with media planning and buying
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications
  • Demonstrated strong, trust-based relationships across all levels, actively contributing to a supportive and highly collaborative team culture
  • 5+ years of experience in the development and production of multimedia advertising or marketing communication materials and content
  • Experience with world-class marketing and branding activities in a global industrial enterprise requiring strong collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technologies and products into compelling advertising strategies
  • Advertising strategy & account management experience
  • Agency relationship management including contract structures

Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
