The Chief, Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) serves as the senior advisor to senior management on how best to ensure Enterprise IT Data Management fully and economically supporting DCSAs business operations and customer needs. In this regard, this role advises on and researches ways and means of effecting business transformation consistent with the DCSA strategic and business plans, and those of the DoW.

Qualifications
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): There is NO requirement to prepare a narrative statement specifically addressing the Technical Qualifications (TQs). However, to meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the TQS within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. Resumes over the 2-page limit, will be disqualified.
Technical Qualifications:
Demonstrated expert-level experience in establishing, implementing, and continuously evolving an enterprise-wide data management strategy, data architecture, and governance framework. This includes leading repeatable data standardization efforts, designing data workflows aligned with the Federal Data Lifecycle, and establishing formal policies to guarantee that large-scale agency data is visible, accessible, linked, trustworthy, interoperable, and secure.
Demonstrated technical expertise in leading the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities into enterprise operations. This includes directing the exploration of data to uncover trends and opportunities for automation, establishing rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure rapid and responsible technology adoption, and delivering enabling digital services to support multi-stakeholder solution deployment.
Requirements for the 2210 series as listed below: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
