    • Support development of the annual IR strategy and manage the investor engagement calendar, coordinating closely with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Manage routine investor and analyst inquiries within established disclosure guidelines, prepare clear, accurate, and consistent responses and coordinate or escalate more complex matters as appropriate.

    • Support day-to-day investor and analyst communications, participate in investor meetings as appropriate, and prepare management for investor interactions with briefing materials, anticipated questions, and follow-up information.
    • Analyze investor feedback, stock performance, market sentiment, shareholder activity, peer performance and market dynamics, and provide insights and recommendations to support executive preparation, investor messaging, and IR strategy.
    • Maintain IR data and analytics and identify opportunities to continuously improve investor relations processes, systems, and stakeholder engagement.

    • Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance drivers, forecasting, cash flow, capital allocation, and key financial and operating metrics, with the ability to identify and clearly explain the factors affecting company performance.
    • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and written materials that translate complex financial, operational, or strategic information into clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, synthesize financial and business information, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
