Salary Range: $58.00- $65 an hour on W2 /C2C

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AEM Cloud Architect / Technical Lead with 8 10 years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Cloud architecture, cloud migration, development, enterprise DAM, headless content delivery, Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, DevOps, and modern CDN architecture.

The candidate must have successfully completed at least one AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service migration and should be capable of leading complex enterprise AEM initiatives from architecture through implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration initiatives from on-premises AEM 6.5/AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Design and implement scalable AEM Cloud architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, OSGi services, Sling Models, servlets, schedulers, and event handlers.
• Develop reusable HTL/Sightly templates, client libraries, and front-end components.
• Design omnichannel and headless content delivery solutions using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL.
• Architect and implement enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions and integrations with AEM Sites.
• Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher, reverse proxies, load balancers, and CDN architectures.
• Design and manage Adobe Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Integrate AEM with GitHub/Bitbucket repositories and establish effective source control and deployment workflows.
• Design and implement internal and external API integrations with AEM.
• Integrate AEM with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Work with Adobe Data Collection/Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Implement event-driven integrations using Adobe I/O and Adobe Events.
• Leverage Adobe OpenAPI capabilities for AEM Assets and AEM Sites integrations.
• Establish AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities available within AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Drive performance optimization across AEM, Dispatcher, CDN, and associated services.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to AEM development teams.
• Define development standards, architecture patterns, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AEM as a Cloud Service experience.
• Proven experience completing at least one AEM 6.x to AEM Cloud migration.
