Senior AEM Cloud Architect

 Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Platform (Adobe Experience Manager) to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that support digital marketing and customer experience initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and help deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences for global clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise clients. 

• Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. 

• Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. 

• Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability. 

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM-related issues. 

• Mentor junior developers and promote AEM best practices across teams. 

• Stay current with emerging AEM capabilities and digital experience trends. 

Required Qualifications 

• 8+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience. 

• Strong expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Components, Templates, and Workflows. 

• Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. 

• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and other third-party systems. 

• Strong understanding of enterprise CMS and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) architectures. 

• Experience working in Agile development environments. 

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Certification. 

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. 

• Knowledge of headless CMS architectures and API-driven content delivery. 

• Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments, including Adobe Managed Services, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
