The office is fully built out and ready for transition, including systems, workstations, and phone infrastructure.

Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Develop new client relationships and referral sources
- Expand commercial and personal lines opportunities
- Lead agency operations and staff
- Drive retention, cross-sell, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business ownership and/or insurance sales (P&C preferred)
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage and grow a book of business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term ownership
- Must have reliable transportation
