Senior Agency Manager - Established Operation

The agency is currently operating with:

• ~1,300+ total policies in force (PIF) across multiple books
• ~$1.8M+ in annual premium (rolling 12 months)
• Strong mix of personal and commercial lines (commercial-heavy book)
• Established client base with renewal and cross-sell opportunities

The office is fully built out and ready for transition, including systems, workstations, and phone infrastructure.

Support & Transition

• Existing office operations and systems already in place
• Licensed staff support handling day-to-day servicing and retention
• Established workflows to support continuity and client experience

Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Develop new client relationships and referral sources
• Expand commercial and personal lines opportunities
• Lead agency operations and staff
• Drive retention, cross-sell, and revenue growth

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license (required)
• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business ownership and/or insurance sales (P&C preferred)
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage and grow a book of business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term ownership
• Must have reliable transportation
