Senior Agency Project Manager

Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE or Remote

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead the strategic oversight and end-to-end execution of our media agency transition and onboarding. In this role, you will drive transition governance, align key stakeholders, mitigate operational risks, and hold both internal teams and external agency partners accountable to critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transition Strategy & Governance: Direct the end-to-end execution of the transition playbook and master timeline, keeping executive leadership, internal marketing leads, and agency partners aligned.

• Scope & Milestone Management: Track critical path milestones (e.g., adtech/tool access, historical data extraction) and manage staggered launch schedules to keep projects on scope.

• Stakeholder & Agency Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between internal cross-functional teams and the incoming media agency.

• Meeting Facilitation: Lead and moderate work sessions, strategy meetings, and recurring status updates across internal and external teams.

• Risk & Operations Continuity: Proactively spot risk factors, build contingency plans, and ensure continuous campaign operations with zero downtime.

• Process & Change Management: Establish RACI frameworks, streamline handoff workflows, and drive smooth operational change across teams and agency hubs.

• Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to the Senior Associate to streamline daily transition tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 6+ years of project or program management experience.

• 3+ years managing projects specifically within digital media, marketing operations, or agency account management.

• Demonstrated leadership in senior stakeholder management, negotiation, and risk mitigation.

• Tech proficiency with PM software (Asana, Jira, Workfront, etc.) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• 8+ years of overall Project/Program Management experience.

• Experience leading large-scale agency transitions, vendor integrations, or media agency onboardings.

• Solid understanding of digital performance marketing, media planning/buying, and adtech/analytics infrastructure.
