Job Title: Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI applications using modern agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and Skill-based Agents. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, and production-grade AI systems.

This role requires hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex workflows.
• Develop and implement Deep Agents, Skill Agents, Tool Calling, and Multi-Agent architectures.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
• Develop AI workflows with memory, state management, and agent orchestration.
• Build custom tools and function-calling interfaces for AI agents.
• Integrate AI applications with REST APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
• Optimize prompt engineering, agent reasoning, latency, and response quality.
• Evaluate AI models using appropriate metrics and implement guardrails for reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Deploy AI applications using containerization and CI/CD best practices.
