Pay Rate: $90.00 - $95.00per hr.

Our client needs a Senior Agile Practitioner / Business Systems Analyst who can combine strong Agile coaching skills with deep analytical and critical thinking capabilities. This is not a typical Scrum Master role—the ideal candidate will operate across multiple teams, lead portfolio-level initiatives, define requirements, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Transformation & Coaching

• Train and coach teams on Agile practices, frameworks, and ceremonies
• Guide teams on Agile workflow setup in Jira
• Help establish visibility into team capacity and delivery across portfolios

Portfolio-Level Initiative Work

• Lead creation and decomposition of portfolio epics
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scope and priorities
• Ensure initiatives are actionable and ready for delivery teams

Requirements & Analysis

• Perform business systems analysis and gap assessments
• Refine and clarify requirements to improve initiative readiness
• Provide analytical insight for decision-making across the organization

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams, architects, cybersecurity engineers, senior business leaders, and CIO-level leadership
• Facilitate discussions, align stakeholders, and connect business needs with technology execution

Leadership & Representation

• Operate independently and confidently
• Represent leadership in meetings as needed
• Think broadly and strategically across multiple teams and initiatives

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Agile practices, business analysis, or a hybrid role
• Jira – Agile work management
• Confluence – Documentation and portfolio tracking
• Lucidchart – Process flows and system diagrams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience working across multiple teams and portfolios
• Familiarity with banking or financial services preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
