Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Must have extensive experience with Agile Transformation
Other core skills
Assessing the current Agile maturity across multiple teams.
Designing standardized JIRA projects, boards, workflows, and governance.
Defining Agile taxonomy (Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks, Defects, etc.).
Creating governance around Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), approvals, automation, and workflows.
Developing enterprise planning hierarchies and dependency management.
Building executive dashboards and delivery reporting.
Documenting Agile operating procedures.
Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Managers, and leadership.
Leading Agile adoption and organizational changes
