We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, SQL, and Prompt Engineering to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing AI-driven systems, developing robust data pipelines, building evaluation frameworks, and creating scalable AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

This role requires a combination of AI engineering, data analytics, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and software development expertise, along with the ability to collaborate across Product, Research, and Business teams.

AI & Agentic System Development

• Design, develop, and optimize Agentic AI systems and intelligent workflows for enterprise applications.
• Create and refine system prompts and feature-specific prompts to improve AI model performance and behavior.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of AI systems.
• Support AI model launches and monitor performance while identifying and resolving regressions.

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Develop and implement machine learning models and analytics solutions for business use cases.
• Design and optimize multi-stage ETL pipelines for transforming raw data into actionable datasets.
• Build scalable data models and maintain data quality standards.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Understand stakeholder data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and manage data pipelines using technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and modern data workflows.
• Develop dashboards and self-service analytics solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Create foundational data products and reporting capabilities for organization-wide visibility.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Mentor teams on prompt engineering best practices and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Contribute to AI tooling, frameworks, and infrastructure improvements.
• Drive innovation and continuously improve AI system performance through experimentation and iteration.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering in production or research environments.
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and performance metrics for AI systems.
• Expertise in ETL development, data modeling, and workflow orchestration tools such as:
  • dbt
  • Airflow
  • GitHub
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Experience working with frontier AI models and LLM-based systems in production environments.
