    Title: Senior AI Data Analytics & Automation Lead

    Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel Required Qualifications: Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analytics & Reporting

    • Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
    • Create scalable KPI, operational, and management reporting frameworks.
    • Transform complex business data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
    • Develop advanced Excel-based analytical models, reporting tools, and automation solutions.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success metrics.

    Data Automation & Engineering

    • Build Python-based automation solutions for reporting, reconciliation, data transformation, and workflow optimization.
    • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
    • Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
    • Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and governance standards.

    AI & Intelligent Automation

    • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to improve business processes.
    • Build AI-powered assistants, automation workflows, and decision-support tools.
    • Develop solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
    • Assess and implement emerging AI tools, frameworks, and automation platforms.
    • Partner with business and technology teams to operationalize AI capabilities at scale.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Engage directly with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into data and AI solutions.
    • Present findings, recommendations, and solution roadmaps to executive audiences.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on analytics, reporting, automation, and AI best practices.

    Key Requirements:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
    • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or automation.
    • Expert-level Power BI development experience, including:

    o DAX

    o Data modeling

    o Power Query

    o Dashboard design and performance optimization

    • Advanced Excel skills including:

    o Power Query

    o Pivot Tables

    o VBA/Macros (preferred)

    o Financial and operational modeling

    • Strong Python programming experience for:

    o Data processing

    o Automation

    o API integrations

    o Analytics

    o Workflow orchestration

    • Experience working with SQL and enterprise data platforms.
