Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and SQL to build scalable conversational AI and voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven IVR and conversational AI systems.

• Build NLP models for text classification, clustering, and intent detection.

• Design LLM workflows using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.

• Develop Agentic AI workflows.

• Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices.

• Analyze data using SQL.

• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of AI/ML experience

• Strong Python

• NLP: Text Classification and Clustering

• LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG

• SQL and Data Analysis

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK

Good to Have

• Agentic AI: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI

• LLMOps/MLOps: MLflow, Airflow, BentoML

• Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant

• Cloud experience
