Job Description
Senior AI Engineer
- Experience: 10+ years overall; 4+ years relevant AI/engineering experience
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Build LLM, Copilot, RAG, and Agent-based systems
- Own AI features end-to-end: prototype evaluate deploy improve
- Develop prompt pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and RAG
- Design agentic workflows with tools, APIs, planning, memory, and state
- Optimize quality, latency, scalability, and cost
- Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and monitoring
- Implement AI safety, guardrails, security, and observability
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams and mentor engineers
Mandatory Skills
- Strong LLM and Prompt Engineering knowledge
- RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search
- Agentic AI / AgentCore concepts
- Tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning
- Strong backend/system design and production deployment experience
- API, pipeline, and data-flow expertise
- Ability to debug non-deterministic AI behavior
- Strong product thinking and communication
