Job Summary We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in GenAI, Azure AI Services, .NET Core, and React to build and support AI-powered insurance document processing platforms. The role focuses on developing scalable GenAI workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Must-Have Skills - 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in GenAI integrations and Agentic AI workflows
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI
- Strong experience in .NET Core and React.js
- Experience with Python AI frameworks
- Hands-on with LangGraph / Semantic Kernel / FastAPI
- Experience building RAG pipelines and vector retrieval systems
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI orchestration
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
Key Responsibilities - Build GenAI workflows for extracting structured data from insurance documents
- Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and React UI components
- Implement RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector retrieval
- Build web scraping and external data enrichment pipelines
- Develop fuzzy matching and entity reconciliation logic
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, latency, and cost
- Support CI/CD, monitoring, debugging, and production reliability
Nice to Have - Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain
