What You Will Do
Develop and implement machine learning models to drive customer success and revenue generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Utilize Python and Langchain to build scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
Design and optimize vector database architectures for enhanced data retrieval and analysis.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate Background
5–8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and experience with Langchain and vector databases.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
Demonstrated ability to turn customer proof into revenue-generating solutions.
Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services.
Experience in B2B software development and enterprise-level solutions.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
