Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to support migration from Microsoft Semantic Kernel to Microsoft Agent Framework. The ideal candidate will have strong Python/Django, Azure AI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate Semantic Kernel plugins, planners, function calling, prompts, memory, and agents to Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Develop AI orchestration solutions using Python/Django.
• Build and maintain RAG solutions with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
• Implement AI tools and connectors using MCP.
• Maintain retrieval, reranking, prompts, citations, APIs, RBAC, and permissions.
• Deploy containerized AI services using Docker/OpenShift.
• Implement AI observability and evaluation using Arize Phoenix/OpenTelemetry.
• Support GitHub CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Semantic Kernel experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Agent Framework experience.
• Strong Python and Django development.
• Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and Embeddings.
• Agentic AI, function/tool calling, and AI orchestration.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience.
• Docker/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
• GitHub, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
