Senior AI Governance Specialist
to establish, scale, and oversee the governance framework for our enterprise wide Generative AI and autonomous agent initiatives.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and corporate compliance. You will design guardrails for cutting edge LLM platforms while proving financial and operational business value directly to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Risk, Compliance
Responsible AI
Design
and enforce the enterprise wide Responsible AI framework, ensuring ethical alignment, bias mitigation, and transparency.
Establish
comprehensive risk assessment protocols for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi agent systems.
Ensure
strict compliance with evolving global AI regulations, data privacy mandates, and corporate legal requirements.
2. Autonomous Agent
Data Governance
Define
policy and architectural boundaries for autonomous AI agents, including tool execution permissions and escalation protocols.
Architect
data governance strategies specifically tailored for AI training, fine tuning, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
Manage
access controls, model version ownership, and secure API data exchange between enterprise systems.
3. Value Realization
Financial Performance
Develop
methodologies to quantify and track the Return on Investment (ROI) for enterprise AI deployments.
Identify
key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency gains, cost reductions, and revenue generation from GenAI initiatives.
Monitor
token usage efficiency and compute costs to drive optimization without sacrificing model quality.
4. Executive Reporting
Enterprise Transformation
Translate
complex AI technical risks and performance metrics into clear, actionable executive level dashboards.
Advise
C suite leadership and board members on strategic AI risks, maturity roadmaps, and competitive alignment.
Drive
organizational change management to cultivate an AI ready, compliance first corporate culture.
Required Experience
Technical Familiarity
GenAI Expertise:
Deep conceptual understanding of LLM architectures, fine tuning, RAG frameworks, and autonomous multi agent lifecycles.
Governance Tools:
Hands on experience with AI governance software, automated model monitoring platforms, and risk management suites.
Data Privacy:
Proven track record handling enterprise data protection, lineage mapping, and intellectual property guardrails in cloud environments.
Strategic Communication:
Elite presentation skills with a history of delivering complex regulatory and financial reports to senior executive
The pay range for this role is
