What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end development of AI-powered features, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to create user-centric solutions.
• Utilize full-stack development skills to build and maintain robust applications.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Implement best practices in software engineering to ensure high-quality code and performance.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–7 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong emphasis on AI technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and ship user-facing applications in a collaborative environment.
• Strong product intuition and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience working with OpenAI or similar AI frameworks.

Preferred

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping.
• Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices.
• Previous involvement in scaling products from early development to public launch.

Compensation and Benefits
