Summary:
We are hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to help transform how work gets done across enterprise operations through the application of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will partner directly with business, operations, product, and technology teams to identify high-value opportunities, design AI-powered solutions, and deploy agentic workflows into real-world production environments. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on AI leader who enjoys solving complex business problems, building AI products, and driving measurable operational impact at scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live operations
Partner with ops SMEs to analyze processes (SOPs, workflows, runbooks) and identify automation opportunities
Translate processes into AI workflows, agents, and solution designs
Build and deploy LLM-powered solutions (GPT, Claude, Gemini), including RAG and prompt design
Integrate AI with enterprise systems via APIs, orchestration tools, and automation frameworks
Own delivery lifecycle (discovery build deploy) across multiple use cases
Develop reusable agent frameworks and workflows for scale
Drive ROI through improved efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time
Qualifications:

Background in banking or financial services, preferably wholesale or commercial operations
Experience working on large-scale operational processes (e.g., loan origination, institutional workflows)
Experience in AI, GenAI, or automation, with exposure to agentic AI
Proven track record delivering process-driven solutions, not just chatbots
Strong process intelligence (BPM, workflows, operations transformation)
Experience with AI integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
Technical + functional mindset (able to go deep into workflows and systems)
Strong ability to synthesize processes into scalable AI solutions
Experience building real-world, production AI solutions tied to operations
