Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Program Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation, healthcare, banking, insurance, and enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery, portfolio management, cloud transformation, AI/ML initiatives, PMO governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale program execution. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
Lead and manage large-scale enterprise AI programs and portfolios with multi-million-dollar budgets.
Develop program roadmaps, strategic plans, milestones, and execution frameworks.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology organizations.
Drive governance, PMO processes, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Establish program KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Agile & Delivery Leadership
Lead Agile, Scrum, and SAFe-based delivery teams across multiple release trains.
Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies.
Define MVPs, manage program backlogs, and ensure successful execution of product roadmaps.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with executive leadership, business sponsors, product owners, architects, and vendors.
Conduct steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Align technology investments with strategic business objectives and OKRs.
Healthcare Transformation
Lead healthcare transformation initiatives across Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.
Manage Health Plan Administration, Claims, Prior Authorization, Provider Management, Utilization Management, and Payment Integrity programs.
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and healthcare industry standards.
Coordinate large-scale healthcare implementations and state expansions.
Technology Leadership
Drive cloud transformation initiatives leveraging Azure and AWS platforms.
Lead AI/ML, Data Analytics, Power BI, RPA, and Digital Transformation programs.
Collaborate with architecture teams on enterprise solutions, integrations, data platforms, and modernization efforts.
Support DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, and cloud-native practices.
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization.
Develop business cases, project charters, and investment proposals.
Lead vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and third-party partnerships.
Track financial performance and ensure delivery within approved budgets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of IT industry experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs and portfolios.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Experience managing geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams.
Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
SAFe Agilist Certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Healthcare Payer, Health Plan Administration, and Provider Management domains.
Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, RPA, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
