Responsibilities include aviation terminal planning, programming and preliminary design; preparing major elements of terminal and terminal area plans; writing and preparing reports, exhibits and plans for planning terminal projects; and developing materials for client presentations and public planning meetings. Travel will be required.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in architecture, planning or a related field and at least six years of relevant planning experience.
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
Experience programming and planning non-hub, small, medium and/or large hub airport terminals
Terminal Demand and Capacity Analysis
Feasibility Studies
Passenger flow modeling in the Terminal and at the Curbside
Aviation Support Facility Planning
Project management experience
Experience with business development and project interviews
AICP, AIA, AAAE or other industry relevant certification
