Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy that connects clients' marketing to real-world business goals. We then analyze this data to optimize investment strategy and uncover insights that bring clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand whether they are reaching the right audiences and doing so in the right way. What does a Senior Analyst do day-to-day? Senior Analysts are core contributors to the Analytics team and play a key role in its foundation. They own end-to-end data handling and QA, ensuring outputs are accurate and actionable. Beyond execution, they develop a deep understanding of the data and its impact, pairing strong technical and analytical skills with critical thinking to connect insights to business outcomes. They drive workstreams forward by navigating challenges, actively communicating to keep cross-functional partners aligned, and managing up effectively. Senior Analysts also proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outputs. Successful Senior Analysts are curious, proactive, and ownership-driven. They enjoy tackling challenges and proactively seek out resources to deepen their understanding. They continuously raise the bar for themselves and the team. Responsibilities Requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of data reporting Familiarity with digital advertising technologies and analytics platforms such as ad serving, site analytics, (e.g., CM360, Google Analytics, Adobe, or equivalent) Working understanding of key digital media channels (Search, Display, Social, Email, CRM) Extensive experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manipulate data, perform QA, and develop structured outputs Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights aligned to business objectives Strong project and time‑management skills, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high attention to detail across multiple workstreams Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset, with the ability to problem‑solve independently, surface risks early, and manage up with clarity Desired Experience: Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, data manipulation) Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL) Exposure to programmatic advertising, cross-device measurement, or attribution methodologies Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts and how they inform business decisions Exposure to third‑party measurement and research measurement partners to analyze brand lift/brand health metrics Interest in improving processes, identifying efficiencies, and contributing to how the team operates Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, or support problem-solving Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
