Position Summary
HASI is currently seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate with experience in asset-based lending, renewable energy, or structured finance to join our team in either Annapolis, MD or New York City. This individual will work in the Investment Group on the Credit Team to support the origination, structuring, and growth of HASI's investment portfolio. The types of investments will primarily include energy efficiency projects, while also focusing on other technology sectors. The core responsibilities of the role will include supporting the bidding, conversion, and closing processes as well as the performing key tasks during the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions. The role will require working within a deal team, reporting up to a transaction lead, as well as communicating across internal business units to complete the transaction responsibilities.
