Senior Analyst - ATC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst or consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in testing, QA, and root cause analysis of issues.
• Comfortable working across different platforms: websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to

Stakeholders and facilitate working sessions

• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships.
• Data-literate - able to pull, analyze, and communicate metrics and usage data to support decisions.

Preferred

• Experience supporting multiple product areas or teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Shortcut, Jira, or similar.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticket management systems.

Exposure to web applications, CMS tools, mobile apps, or enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven track record of independently managing a product area or workstream end to end.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,500 to $113,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
