Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity
As a leader in digital financial services, our customer and employee experiences run on data. We depend on the Ally analytics community to fuel these journeys and to help nearly 10,000 leaders and employees make countless data-driven decisions every day. Our analytics community has hundreds of analytics professionals across Ally in communities focused on business analytics, data science, Power BI and more and continues to grow. We're looking for a passionate analytics professional with great communication skills for our Auto Underwriter Optimization team. This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizing data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis, this person will play an integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability. Ally is partnering with Salesforce to build a comprehensive Underwriting (UW) Command Center-a strategic, centralized tool within Salesforce that unifies caller identification, bidirectional texting, application data, and performance analytics. As a Senior Analyst - Advanced Business Analytics, you will help by providing analysis to drive business decisions and prioritization for the UW Command Center and other underwriting initiatives.

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $150000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
