The (USA) Senior Analyst, Business Support plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating projects, and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with policies and standards. The Senior Analyst contributes to continuous improvement efforts by monitoring performance metrics and fostering effective communication to support business growth and operational excellence.

The Driver Engagement, Communications, and Content team is focused on delivering a simple, trusted, and intuitive experience for drivers. We operate with speed and accountability, enabling drivers to navigate the platform with clarity and confidence. The Communications Excellence pillar drives content quality, compliance, and operational rigor, ensuring communications and support content are consistent, scalable, and ready to support business growth.

What you''ll do:

• Identify and resolve business process issues by analyzing data and distinguishing internal from external challenges.
• Support strategic initiatives by evaluating processes, assessing capacity, and executing integration plans to drive growth.
• Contribute to project management by maintaining schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze business metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
• Monitor progress, adapt to changing demands, and promote continuous improvement across teams.

What you''ll bring:

• Maintain and update Airtable to ensure accurate intake, status, and workflow progression
• Ensure all requests are properly documented and aligned to defined processes
• Manage translation workflows, including submitting content and tracking progress
• Partner with stakeholders to send and receive translated content
• Ensure translation deliverables are completed on time
• Prepare content and supporting materials for legal review submissions
• Coordinate legal intake and track review progress against timelines
• Consolidate feedback for revisions
• Ensure required approvals are completed and documented prior to launch
• Communicate status updates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and approvals
• Identify execution risks or delays and escalate as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
