Summary
This position is responsible for leading the support, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business applications and data analytic platforms. This role is required to understand the business process and translate operational needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions.

Education and/or Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10 + years of experience in IT roles, primarily in supporting Business Applications and Analytics
Proven experience implementing and managing ERP and CRM systems
Strong understanding of business processes and how technology enables them
Solid technical foundation in:
System architecture and integrations
Databases and data management
APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
Cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure
Experience working with cross-functional business teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
