The Chicago Office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation's largest independent valuation and consulting firm with best-in-class tools and technology, is seeking a senior level analyst (commercial real estate appraiser) with the ability to complete complex appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Senior Analysts perform real estate valuations for all property types. Specific duties include analysis of complex commercial real estate and production of commercial real estate appraisal reports. Knowledge of Argus is a plus. We provide significant research support to maximize your productivity and allow you to focus on the underlying analysis. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in real estate or other related fields such as economics and finance
• Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License
• Hold the MAI designation, or pursuing the designation, is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial appraisal experience
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines.
• Self-motivation with ability to work autonomously or as a team member.
