Sr. Analyst, Finance – Data Governance

Ready to own data governance initiatives and make a visible impact across Finance Shared Services? This role offers the opportunity to improve critical business processes, drive data quality, and partner with leaders across Finance, Procurement, AP, AR, and IT.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Analyst, Finance – Data Governance:

• Manage supplier and customer master data governance, maintenance, and onboarding processes
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicate records, and process inefficiencies
• Develop and maintain governance policies, controls, and documentation standards
• Partner with AP, AR, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to improve workflows and data accuracy
• Support ERP system enhancements, data migrations, and integration initiatives
• Develop reporting, KPIs, and metrics to monitor data quality and process effectiveness

Qualifications for the Sr. Analyst, Finance – Data Governance:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AP, AR, Shared Services, Finance Operations, Data Governance, or Master Data Management
• Experience managing supplier and customer master data and related governance processes
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms
