Job Title: Senior Analyst – Commercial Customer Operations (Analytics & Reporting)
Location: Hybrid Tampa FL 50% onsite
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $54.97/HR
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary
  • The Senior Analyst, Commercial Customer Operations, will support Pricing & Customer Operations (P&CO) by managing customer master data, contracts, pricing eligibility, and chargeback operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational support, analytics and reporting, and participation in system and process enhancements across SAP, Model N, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily chargeback operations, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and timely payment issuance
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and other tools to identify trends, data discrepancies, and root causes
  • Review and validate contract eligibility, including GPO membership, Class of Trade (CoT), DEA/HIN, and NPI verification
  • Research third-party databases to determine and assign appropriate customer Class of Trade in compliance with business policies
  • Reconcile FSS and HRSA 340B program eligibility to ensure compliance with government pricing regulations and internal policies
  • Create, update, and maintain customer master records in enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation
  • Build strong working relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Government Pricing, Contract Operations, Order-to-Cash, Sales Ops, and Customer Service
  • Participate in the design, enhancement, testing, and implementation of system updates related to pricing, chargebacks, and customer data in SAP and Model N
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams to resolve pricing, customer, chargeback, and system-related issues
  • Apply technology and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Business Analysis
  • Financial Analysis
  • Audit
  • Chargeback Administration
  • Contract Administration
  • Master Data Administration
  • Strong proficiency in Client Office, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and sustain process and control improvements
  • Proven leadership mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Knowledge of Pricing & Reimbursement, government pricing regulations, and transactional processing
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Model N (or similar systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
