Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units.
- Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or other ERP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of FLSA and other compensation relevant laws and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication.
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
