    About The Role 

    The Sr. Analyst, CRM is a member of the Corporate Global CRM team dedicated to FTI's largest business segment, corporate finance. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical instincts who can work independently, draw sound conclusions from data, and bring forward ideas to improve how the team works. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical and business foundation in sales operations, specifically business intelligence, reporting, and BD tools like CRM. As a member of the global CRM team, this role supports the connection between the CRM and Marketing functions within the Corporate Finance business segment, working closely with more senior team members on strategy and priorities. The candidate will need to be a detail-oriented, adaptable individual with strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 

    What You'll Do 

    Key responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Execute and support the processes and procedures within the CRM that align with Corporate Finance & Restructuring's CRM strategy and priorities, flagging opportunities for improvement along the way 

    • Support adoption of BD tools among Corporate Finance segment users, helping maximize opportunities and client relationships that generate revenue for the segment globally 

    • Deliver on-the-job training and day-to-day support on BD tools for Corporate Finance segment users, helping raise awareness and increase adoption and engagement 

    • Generate pipeline reporting and business intelligence, proactively and in response to ad hoc requests from stakeholders, coordinating with the Corporate Finance team as needed 

    • Support the VP of Marketing in Corporate Finance on KPIs, measurement, reporting and insights plans 

    • Research and analyze CRM/finance data to support BD account planning, campaigns, and activities

    What You Will Need To Succeed 

    Basic Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field 

    • 2+ years of professional Sales operations, business intelligence, and/or CRM experience 

    • Ability to travel as needed 

    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • 1+ years of intermediate-level PowerBI experience, including report and dashboard development 

    • 1+ years related experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM 

    • Exposure to SQL and/or Python scripting, or equivalent educational training 

    • Experience in an analytical, marketing, client development or business development role strongly preferred, with exposure to tools such as Salesforce CRM or equivalent, BoardEx or ExecAtlas, LinkedIn or similar databases, and/or a marketing automation platform 

    • Experience using AI tools for research and task automation

    Compensation
    Minimum Pay: $81,500
    Maximum Pay: $155,000

    Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
