As a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, you'll play a key role in shaping those experiences by delivering insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. In this role, you'll uncover how customers engage across our digital ecosystem including web, mobile, and in-store touchpoints, and translate data into actionable strategies that enhance the customer journey and fuel business growth.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another nonBest Buy location. What you'll do
  • Analyze digital customer behavior (funnel performance, clickstream, conversion trends) to identify opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions and measurable business impact
  • Leverage diverse data sources (web analytics, transactional, offline, and competitive) to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to define analytics needs, support implementation, and ensure accurate data collection
  • Measure, forecast, and communicate the financial impact of recommendations and initiatives
