As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary owner of assigned markets, responsible for driving revenue performance through independent decision-making and proactive strategy execution. You will leverage advanced analytics, business judgment, and market expertise to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.

Senior Analysts are expected to own, improve, and influence market outcomes, balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance of assigned markets, including pricing, inventory, or demand strategies
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, accountability, and critical thinking in managing market performance and solving complex business challenges
  • Make independent, data-driven decisions within defined guardrails to optimize revenue outcomes
  • Proactively adjust strategies based on demand trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics
  • Identify risks and opportunities and take action to improve performance
  • Communicate decision rationale clearly to stakeholders and influence cross-functional alignment
  • Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term market positioning
  • Diagnose performance drivers through deep data analysis and trend identification
  • Evaluate post-performance results to continuously improve outcomes
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and results proactively
  • Partner with Pricing, Inventory, Network Planning, and Commercial teams

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 2+ years of relevant analytical or revenue management experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
