Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Performance for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in designing enterprise performance measurement programs, delivering board-level insights, and providing data-driven recommendations that improve organizational and commercial performance.
Salary Range: $150K/Yearly to $180K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Analyst, Enterprise Performance Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards aligned with business objectives.
Create and deliver executive and board-level reporting that provides actionable insights, performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Analyze organizational, operational, product, engineering, and commercial performance data to identify key business drivers and areas for investment.
Partner with executive leadership to interpret performance metrics, develop data-driven action plans, and support strategic decision-making.
Manage revenue and commercial analytics, including pipeline reporting, funnel conversion analysis, quota tracking, and sales performance measurement.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics infrastructure while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, performance analytics, KPI management, reporting, or strategic business analysis.
Proven experience designing and maintaining enterprise-wide KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, board-level reporting, and performance measurement programs.
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with expertise in revenue analytics, Salesforce reporting, business intelligence tools, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
