Job Summary

The team serves as the operational backbone for cloud account execution, ensuring forecast integrity, clean purchase order coverage, accurate backlog and inventory positioning, and timely execution across a fast-moving, high-volume environment. The Sr Analyst Cloud Supply & Demand Operations is a senior, hands-on execution and analytics role supporting large CSP accounts. This role represents an up-level from Analyst II and is designed for an individual who can operate independently, manage complex and often unclean datasets, and support variable-capacity customer environments. The Sr Analyst partners closely with senior Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to manage end-to-end supply and demand execution, provide advanced analytical insights, and proactively identify execution risks across short- and long-range planning horizons. This role aligns to Job Code 2915_USA BA Sr Analyst (P3).

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Tactical Execution & Account Support

  • Serve as the primary operational execution partner to senior Account Managers for large, high-volume CSP accounts.
  • Independently manage day-to-day execution across backlog, forecast updates, purchase order reconciliation, CTU tracking, shipment alignment, inventory positioning, and exception management.
  • Own complex execution workflows with minimal supervision and proactively identify gaps, risks, and misalignment.

Demand & Supply Analytics

  • Analyze historical trends, customer forecasts, and demand signals to support accurate supply planning.
  • Support execution and planning across extended operational horizons, including forward-looking and scenario-based analysis.
  • Translate incomplete, inconsistent, or unclean datasets into actionable insights for Account Managers and leadership.

Operational Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Develop, maintain, and validate operational reports, scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs supporting Cloud execution.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across forecasting, backlog, purchase orders, inventory, and shipment reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting logic, assumptions, and data hygiene.

Escalation Management & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Lead data preparation, root-cause analysis, and recommendation development for customer and internal escalations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Revenue Operations to resolve execution issues.
  • Clearly communicate risks, trade-offs, and execution status to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Role Progression & Organizational Impact

  • Serve as a senior execution resource within the Cloud operations team.
  • Contribute to standardization and documentation of best-in-class Cloud operational processes.
  • Act as a feeder role for future Account Management or advanced operational leadership positions.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage complex, high-volume datasets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting cloud, hyperscaler, or large technology customers.
  • Exposure to variable capacity planning models and long-range operational execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Experience

  • 5 7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a similar fast-paced, complex environment.
