Job Summary (List Format): Senior Analyst, Global Supply Chain Analytics and AI Automation

- Serve as an individual contributor supporting global sourcing and supply chain initiatives through analytics, process improvement, AI, and automation.
- Partner closely with Global Supply Chain and Category Leads to analyze business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead analytical projects from problem identification through to recommendations, including data gathering, cleansing, and structuring.
- Perform spend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development.
- Build dashboards, performance reports, and executive-ready presentations highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation through process mapping and analysis.
- Design and implement automation solutions for reporting, data preparation, bid evaluations, workflow management, and intake processes.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis, summarization, and reporting efficiency.
- Own and manage small- to medium-scale automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Use advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
- Utilize automation tools (macros, scripting, workflow tools) and AI-enabled tools for workflow improvement.
- Work independently, owning workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain and sourcing processes through technology and data-driven insights.
