Position Summary

The Carlyle Global Credit Operations team focuses on all Operational activities across the Global Credit Platform, including investment capture, investment funding, treasury management, portfolio compliance, and administrator oversight.

Position Summary

The CLO Compliance Senior Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the compliance process across Carlyles US CLO platform. The Senior Analyst will work closely with operations, fund management, and investment professionals to support our industry-leading CLO business.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests • Review of quarterly investor reports and waterfalls • Hypothetical Testing • Review and interpret indentures • Daily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams • Regular reporting for Portfolio Management purposes • Oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees • Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications

Education & Certificates

• Bachelors Degree required • Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred • Professional Experience • Minimum of 1-3 years of overall relevant experience required • Experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLO Compliance preferred

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to the skill sets required, preferred prior experience, and training licenses and/or certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $130,000.

In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance, and disability paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits, and various wellness programs.

Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
