Our Client Service and Support Governance team within Banking and Financial Services conducts monitoring activities to support business growth, manage risk, and maintain high standards of compliance. We provide expertise that helps support our risk culture, drive consistent high-quality risk management practices and improve customer outcomes.

What role will you play?

You will support a variety of risk related activities, including analysing potential incidents identified via our customers for triage, and conducting targeted reviews focused on regulatory compliance within CS&S. You will share insights that support training and development across the teams we work with, and work with colleagues across the business to improve regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
