Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, HR Data & Analytics partners with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to deliver workforce reporting, analytics, and insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for transforming complex HR data into meaningful trends, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that help leaders understand workforce dynamics, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive business outcomes.

The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in HR data and reporting, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, processes, and workforce insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing complex data analysis, reporting, metrics, and insights to support the HRPortfolio analytics and business needs.
• Provides data on trends, benchmarking, predictive modeling, and costing to HR users in a simplisticform.
• Reviews and complies HR data from multiple sources, to ensure data integrity, consistency, bestpractices, and usefulness to align with business needs.
• Performs data quality checks using advanced knowledge of HR data to identify data anomaliesproactively prior to delivering data to end users. Resolves data integrity issues and escalates problemsoutside are of expertise.
• Proactively identifies areas of opportunity to enable HR Business Partners to align strategies withbusiness needs and concerns.
• Serves as a subject matter expert regarding data for HR portfolio analytics.
• Assists with reporting for HR community and business leaders, as needed.
• Coordinates processes for organizing and disseminating HR data.
• Provides analytical support, data gathering, and reporting for complex aspects of projects related to HRPortfolio analytics. Makes recommendations for programs in support of HR community and businessneeds.
• Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information and maintaining theconfidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business.
• Ensures all reporting is maintained according to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Analyzes and challenges work methods and functionality to determine/recommend processimprovements and better results.
• May provide counsel to HR Business Partners regarding data and insights.
• May participate in cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for HR Portfolio analytics.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree and at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or an HRIS function OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or an HRIS function
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to driveimprovement of results and find solutions.
• Knowledge of HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, etc.)
• Experience working with confidentiality requirements associated with the practice of Human Resources.
• Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting HR Business Partners and business leaders through workforce data analysis and recommendations.
• Knowledge of key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, retention, internal mobility, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolveproblems.
• Experience in HR predictive analytics and insights.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting characterspacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slidenumbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
• Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centeringcells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbersand tables and/or adjusting table columns).

Salary Range: $65000 - $113750 / Salaried
